Implementation of  recommended strategies yields more and enduring small businesses within communities.  On policy agenda, Colleen engages stakeholders in regions and compellingly argues for  improving regions' businesses' competitiveness by advocating myriad regulatory changes as well as removal of  other competitive constraints to entrepreneurs.
